The trough of the machine can be delivered as changeable trough from Hardox 400, trough made from milde steel with wear plates also from milde steel or from Hardox. The CasTing cooler is made to work at high temperature. Trough and Hood can move there positions against each other for some mm and will not be demaged by high temperature.

It is necessesary to know the space situation of your foundry. When you send us a drawing of your existing or planed foundry, we can find out the best dimensions for your cooler and put the machine in your drawing. Normaly we take the cooling air from the cooling house of the moulding line. So additional to the casting cooler new air pipes, fan and sometimes cyclon and additional filter capacity is necessary.
