We offer two types of vibratory conveyors. The first can be used for feeding casting or sand with a low temperature.
The second type should be used directly after the molding line for sand and/or casting transport, before the shake out. This is the best vibratory conveyor machine if you want to take out the castings by manipulator or if you have to cross a distance before the shake out. A further application is to feed very heavy castings diretly after the shake out.
The length of the conveyor can be adapted. For the longer tunnels, the technology used differs slightly. This is where the inertia technology is used to propel the pieces down the tunnel. This helps equalize of the weight across the tunnel to help drive the pieces forward.
Steel springs are always used. Rubber springs are never used in a JML Industrie vibrating conveyor.
The structure of the slider crank drive is simple yet ingenious. It has one or two eccentric shafts depending on the design of the vibratory conveyor and has the advantage of transmitting a defined force and a defined mechanical load.
