This month we held the official opening of JML Italy. Whilst we have always operated across Europe the investment in an Italian subsidiary will allow us to better serve southern European foundries.

The Italian arm of JML Industries will supply the same three core ranges of equipment as the French and German branches:
- Green and core sand preparation
- Vibrating technology
- Environmental technology including dedusting and sand reclamation
In addition to supplying equipment JML Italy will also respond to reactive maintenance and planned maintenance enquiries across Europe. Currently the production of JML equipment remains within JML France but the Italian branch will be able to fulfill all servicing and after sales requirements for clients across Southern Europe.
JML Italy will also be the center for the engineering and development of the molding and core making equipment, much how JML Germany currently specializes in vibrating equipment. Each JML site will have its own specialist development area with the production centralized in France. This will allow for improved designs and innovation as each site becomes more specialist.
Andrea Marceluzzo runs the Italian branch and will be developing the team further over 2019.
JML Industrie is committed to continual investment in our machinery. Since the start of the year we have been using a new rolling machine which allows us to continue to produce high performance sheets.
The investment in this machine has allowed us to continue to produce high quality industrial equipment including chimneys, silos, cooling and discharge drums:
